Vertical Turning Cum Boring Machine
Vertical Turning-cum-Boring Machines are available with turning diameter from 1100mm to 5200mm with working height from 1000mm to 4500-mm. The machine takes care of all heavy vertical jobs within the capacity mentioned above. All castings are stress relieved after rough machining through thermal process to avoid distortion at later stage. The castings of bed, table, cross rail, columns etc., are of rigid construction made with the addition of steel and other alloys to achieve the desired strength and to provide accuracy, precision and optimum output. All controls are within easy reach of the operator.
Centralised lubrication unit ensures proper lubrication of all moving parts. The machine has a provision of variable stepless table feeds as an optional feature. The guide ways of bed have ample bearing surface and hand scraped to fine finish limits. The machine is sturdy in construction and is capable of absorbing heaviest shocks. Machine can be supplied with DRO as well as CNC controls. The company also offers highly precision planer machines, plano-miller machines, horizontal boring machines, extra heavy duty lathe machines, rail planer machines, fly wheels and rotary tables.
